Everyone makes New Years resolutions. And usually its around making healthier choices such as getting fit, not eating out as much and eating healthier...I have for the past 10 years have been pretty good about feeding my family healthy and nutritious meals. Since I had my newest baby (kiddo #4) I've become super busy. Life is going by at such a fast pace, and I've been trying (desperately) to keep up. So what I'm trying to say, is that since baby #4 came along I haven't had much time to prepare the healthiest of meals.
This year, my goal is to get back into my groove. Make time for healthy meals, and make time to eat them with my family.
Dinner time is important to me. Its where we as a family sit down together, pray, and talk about the important parts of our day. And I'm aware of the time that is quickly closing in, where my children will move out and begin families of they're own, and when my table will be empty. (Except for my hubby and I)
God has blessed me with such a wonderful family, and gave me a wonderful job being a stay at home mom. I want to take every opportunity to make memories with my family, and help them develop good eating habits.
